Together with Martin Gill we decided to create something big and we had pleasure to work with Urban Forms and Fiore Femmes who helped us realize the project. The moodboard we received was very feminine and we decided to focus on sisterhood, support and friendship.
My traditional painting technique was joined with pixel aethetics figures.
Our inspirations were Young Poland art era’s best creators like Stanisław Wyspiański and glitch/pixel art which is quite popular at the moment due to the 80/90’s aesthetic sentimental vibe in art and fashion. Subtleties of a woman’s touch, a classical smooth flow of the drapery and a flower met contrasty colors and geometrical ethnographic patterns and rough pixels. Also, one of our inspirations was a bond and persistence among the Polish women during 2020/2021 due to the tightening of the abortion law. The process which is still happening in Poland.

Due to the covid lockdowns and constant bad weather we had to divide our work into to phases.
First phase was done on a scaffolding and the second one was made on a mobile electric lift platform
